Walmart Orders Download — Functional Description

Standalone orders admin screen for importing Walmart Seller Center “orders awaiting shipment” CSV exports into the custom pd_walmart_orders staging table and creating matching OpenCart 3 orders for the Walmart store (store_id = 7). On each page load the script also backfills empty Walmart tracking numbers from shipped OpenCart orders.

  • Download awaiting-shipment orders from Walmart Seller Center and save the spreadsheet as a CSV (Comma Delimited) file.
  • Upload the CSV and click Update Walmart Orders to stage rows in pd_walmart_orders, create oc_order headers, match SKUs through pd_walmart_products, and decrement inventory with pd_product_log audit rows.
  • When OpenCart orders receive tracking numbers before Walmart rows are updated, this page automatically copies oc_order.tracking into pd_walmart_orders.Tracking_Number.
  • Product names are resolved from oc_product_description with language_id = 1 per OpenCart 3 requirements.
Import Walmart Orders CSV

Download the orders awaiting shipment from Walmart Seller Center.

Click here to open Walmart order management.

Select “Download”, open the spreadsheet, and save the file as a CSV (Comma Delimited) file.

Select the CSV file below and click Update Walmart Orders.
