Product Name Cleanup — Phase 1 Seed

Seeds pd_name_cleanup_staging from English catalog rows in oc_product_description (language_id = 1) that still belong to oc_product. Each new row stores the current name and description as a baseline. Names of 70 characters or fewer are marked passed_audit. Longer names are marked pending_analysis and wait for a later cleanup phase. This phase does not change the live catalog.

• A browser visit only checks that the staging table exists and shows current counts. Seeding starts from the button below, from the CLI, or from POST action=seed.
• CLI: php maintenance/productNameCleanup_phase1_seed.php from the fsadmin directory. JSON clients send format=json or the XMLHttpRequest header. Those callers skip navigation.
• Passed audit: CHAR_LENGTH(name) <= 70. proposed_name copies the original name, the spec snippet stays empty, and the bucket stays unassigned.
• Needs cleanup: CHAR_LENGTH(name) > 70. Proposed name, spec snippet, and proposed character count stay empty. Status is pending_analysis.
• Re-runs never overwrite original_name or original_description. Rows already moved past the seed statuses are left alone. Seed-status rows only have their counters re-derived from the stored snapshot.
• Writes commit in transactions of 2,500 rows. A failed batch rolls back that batch only.
