Verify Order Received

Standalone financial payment-verification administrative dashboard. Operators review OpenCart orders currently resting in pending payment verification categories (such as statuses 15 and 26). Staff confirm gateway settlement across payment networks (PayPal / Authorize.net), log transactional hashes, and review customer order history patterns without leaving the primary table layout. The listing supports server-side pagination, payment/store filters, and whitelisted column sorting, with inline Bootstrap collapsible drawers for related customer orders.

POST handlers orchestrate multi-table state modifications: updating master order identifiers on oc_order, writing tracking-history audit logs to oc_order_history, managing conditional stock restock flags, and mapping customer completion trackers inside pd_orders_incomplete. Customer notifications preserve original script template engines through SendOrderEmail() and native SendSMTPMail() Zimbra transport.

• Verify payment at PayPal.com or Authorize.net before marking an order received.

• Orders with Authorize, PayPal Express, or PayPal Credit Card payment methods are highlighted in red for extra review.
• Use the status dropdown Update button to change the primary order status.
• Check Send Declined Email when setting status to Declined (template 45).
• Check Send Order Received Email to dispatch template 53 (checkbox alone triggers the send; set status to Order Received if you also want status 49 recorded).
• Record the gateway transaction ID in the Payment Transaction ID field and click Update to set the order to Paid (status 5).
