Standalone FS Admin screen that maintains per–customer-group profit-share percentages in
pd_dealer_discounts and, on Update Prices, rebuilds OpenCart
oc_product_discount rows for every active product. Quantity-1 rows are created
for each configured customer group; case and half-case quantity tiers apply to customer
group 3 (Dealer). This script is a prerequisite for
inventory/setProductRewardPoints.php, which reads quantity-1 discounts to
calculate reward points.
