Special Offer Unassigned Manufacturer List

Standalone Inventory menu program for operators who must attach a manufacturer to a storefront's special-offer rotation (or drop a stray SKU from that store) before specialOffersSpider.php can allocate daily promotional slots. The grid lists active catalog products assigned to the selected store in oc_product_to_store whose manufacturer_id is missing from pd_special_offers_manufacturers or from oc_manufacturer_to_store for that same store_id.

• Select a storefront. Store ID 0 is the default OpenCart store; the dropdown sentinel is -1.
• Assign Manufacturer to Store writes both oc_manufacturer_to_store and pd_special_offers_manufacturers without overwriting an existing slot count.
• Remove Product from Store deletes only that SKU's row in oc_product_to_store for the active store.
• After a manufacturer is assigned, continue slot allocation in the Special Offer Manufacturer List program.
