Edit Orders

  • Enter an order ID or search by first name, last name, email, or date to locate an order.
  • Use View Order for read-only review; keep Edit selected to modify the order.
  • Change order status with the dropdown — inventory syncs automatically when moving in/out of processed statuses.
  • Add products by model and quantity, update line quantities or current prices, and delete lines as needed.
  • Adjust shipping method and amount, then click Update Shipping to save.
  • When totals differ from amount paid, follow the payment owed or refund steps, then Finalize Adjustments to Order.
  • Use Edit Order History to add, update, or delete history entries (edit mode only).
  • Click Resend to Shipping Easy to queue the order in pd_resend_shipez.
