Script Overview
This worksheet checks a PayPal activity download against its own running balance. The uploaded file is saved as Download.csv in the QuickBooks user-files folder. A transaction stays on the sheet only when the prior balance plus that row's net amount matches the balance on the row. Paired account-hold reversals and PayPal debit-card transactions are left off unless Show All is checked. This screen does not read or write store records.

Download.csv. No database tables are queried.

- Safeguards & Notifications: The upload is stored with
move_uploaded_file(). The file is read only after fopen() succeeds. Missing columns become an empty string or 0.00. Worksheet text is escaped. A row is listed only when the running balance matches to two decimals. Hold reversals and debit-card pairs stay hidden unless Show All is checked.
