Missing Product Information

Find catalog products that are missing a price, cost, weight, image, shipping method, or other required detail, then save the rows on the current page.

Script Overview

This screen reads the OpenCart catalog and lists products that are missing a price, MSRP, cost, weight, UPC, supplier, image, manufacturer, location, or shipping method. Matches are collected in batches and shown 100 rows at a time. Saving, uploading, renaming folders, and clearing shipping rows happen only after an explicit button click.

Operator Workflow
Step 1
Choose a report
  • Pick the missing detail you want to correct.
  • For low costs, drag the ceiling before scanning again.
Step 2
Wait for the scan
  • Leave this page open until the progress bar finishes.
  • A dropped connection retries that batch three times.
Step 3
Review the page
  • Use the arrows or the page box to move through matches.
  • Opening a report does not change the catalog.
Step 4
Save this page
  • Edit the values, then click Update.
  • Rows that are no longer missing leave this list.
Step 5
Use the maintenance buttons
  • Check shipping methods before updating that report.
  • Rename folders or repair Umarex paths only from the broken-image buttons.
Technical Reference & Safeguards
  • Data Read: oc_product, oc_product_description (language_id = 1), oc_manufacturer, oc_extension, oc_product_shipping_limit, oc_product_shipping_limit2, and oc_product_shipping_exclusion.
  • Database Writes: posted corrections update oc_product price, dimensions, UPC, custom field, image, location, quantity, and manufacturer. Shipping saves replace oc_product_shipping_limit and clear the matching oc_product_shipping_limit2 row.
  • Safeguards & Notifications: scans use 2,500-row database batches and 100-item image checks, with three retries. Uploads keep a basename and an image extension whitelist under the catalog image folder. Viewing a report does not delete or rename anything.
