Standalone Orders menu program that maintains post-order email templates,
including the shared HTML chrome (ID 1 in pd_orderemails_admin)
and operational bodies such as the back-in-stock template (ID 52 in
pd_orderemails). Administrators create, edit, test-send, and
delete templates, manage From addresses, and keep merge tokens aligned with
downstream spiders such as stockNotifyEmailSpider.php.
