eBay Product Download

Standalone inventory admin desktop for synchronizing OpenCart 3 catalog products with live eBay fixed-price listings. Operators download eBay Seller Hub active-listing reports, upload those CSVs here, and the script stages rows in the custom pd_ebay_products table, matches missing SKUs to oc_product.model, then builds File Exchange CSV/TSV files for price/quantity revises, new listings, full revises, error recovery, and bulk end-listing. Filesystem destinations resolve through GetPath(), GetStoragePath(), and GetFsadminPath().

• Step 1 (Daily) — Download All Active Listings from Seller Hub (eBay reports), then upload the CSV and click Update Ebay Products.
• Step 2 (Daily) — Create the eBay price/quantity File Exchange files (and end low-quantity or no-longer-allowed listings).
  • Pricing Sync Note: Generating uploadPrice.csv dynamically maps your local OpenCart Price directly to your base eBay Buy It Now listings. The on-screen eBay Current Price column reflects the live, active price that buyers see on the platform after any concurrent eBay promotional markdown events or dynamic store discounts are applied.
• Step 3 (Daily) — Create the new-listing File Exchange file for allowed products that do not yet have an Item_number.
• Step 4 (Friday) — Create revise File Exchange files for live listings (100-product batch cards with per-file download buttons), then follow Step A / Step B to upload each uploadrevisedproductsN.csv as Revise Listings in Seller Hub.
• Step 5 — Upload the eBay errors file plus the original upload to flag policy, duplicate, and missing-type failures.
• Step 6 (Semi-annually) — Create the bulk end-listing file so almost all listings can be ended and re-uploaded as new.
