Status of Products in Order

Master administrative order locator, detail inspector, and Zimbra SMTP backorder customer messaging engine. Enter an order ID for direct lookup, or use the multi-field search panel to locate orders by customer name, email, address, phone, order/shipped dates, payment transaction ID, tracking number, or product model. Full order header, line-item, and total detail render inline; per-line fulfillment context is read from the pd_order_status cache (in-stock, on-PO, need-to-order) with in-process PO availability and backorder position messaging. Operators may reconcile shelf quantities per product and send a templated backorder-status email to the customer via native Zimbra SMTP (SendSMTPMail() / mail.php).

• Direct lookup — enter an Order ID and click View Order to load full order detail.
• Multi-field search — supply one or more criteria (name, email, address, phone, dates, transaction ID, tracking, product model) and click Search; only one search dimension is evaluated per submission (first matching field wins).
• Order detail — displays shipping/payment header, line items, totals, shelf-qty controls, and cached pd_order_status fulfillment rows.
• Backorder email — composes template id 51 from pd_orderemails and delivers through Zimbra SMTP credentials in oc_setting; success and failure states surface in page alerts.
• Date search — use the native date pickers for Date Ordered and Date Shipped; values must match stored order dates (YYYY-MM-DD).
