Search for customers by name, address, email address,
phone, order ID, or product ordered

  1. When the customer phones to get their addresses vetted, enter the customer's information into the form to find the customer.
  2. Check with the customer to make sure all the addresses are listed for payment and shipping. If not, have them go to our website, login, click on My Account, then Modify your address book entries and add more addresses.
  3. Use the Authorize.net Virtual Terminal to charge the customer a vetting amount under $1.00. Use the Customer credit card they specify and the Payment address they suggest.
  4. Click on the Payment Radio button and enter the amount charged on their card next to the ayment address used in the Virtual Terminal. Click on Update to the right.
  5. Click on the Shipping Radio button on all of the other addresses. Click on Update to the right.
  6. Tell them they need to check their financial institution to get the amount we charged.
  7. When they have the amount, go to our website, login, click on My Account, then Modify your address book entries. At the bottom of the page, they can enter their amount and click on Confirm Amount. Thet will be allowed 5 tries to get this number right.
