Standalone Inventory menu program that builds a paste-ready HTML snippet for
ShippingEasy broadcasts. The operator selects a customer group and a target
sale date, reviews live oc_product_special rows for that group,
checks the SKUs to include, then copies a two-column email-safe HTML block.
This script never sends mail. ShippingEasy is the only outbound channel.
